If you have a constituency (personal) matter, live in Bournemouth

above and include copies of any relevant paperwork in order for
the issue to be dealt with effectively.

that a written letter is preferable to a phone call, because if
other organisations need to be contacted on your behalf a copy of
your letter that you have signed will be attached to any correspondence
made on your behalf.
